Senior IT Recruiter
About the Role
Spotware is seeking a proactive Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment with a strong focus on senior, management, and high-impact roles across the company. In this role, you will significantly contribute to building core and leadership teams, shaping the company's strategic talent pipeline, and accelerating organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the full recruitment lifecycle for mid-to-senior and executive positions (e.g. Heads of Departments, General Managers, Product Leaders, Tech Leads).
Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand team structure, strategic goals, and candidate expectations.
Craft clear, compelling job descriptions aligned with Spotware’s brand and strategic objectives.
Proactively source candidates using direct search, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, market analysis, and niche platforms.
Maintain and enrich a talent pipeline for future senior and high-priority roles.
Manage candidate experience end-to-end, acting as a positive brand ambassador for Spotware.
Conduct competency-based interviews and support teams with best practices in selection and hiring.
Optimize hiring workflows by leveraging AI, automation tools, and ATS systems.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve time-to-hire, pipeline health, and hiring quality.
Stay current on recruitment trends and talent market dynamics, especially in fintech and SaaS.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within fintech, SaaS, or IT companies.
Proven success in hiring for senior, managerial, technical, and product-facing roles.
Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, talent markets, and recruitment best practices for senior-level roles.
Proficient with ATS and modern recruiting tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
English: upper-intermediate or higher.
Hands-on experience using AI and automation tools to enhance recruitment results.
