📍 Remote / Cyprus | Full-time | cTrader Store (and additional marketplace products)

We’re looking for a Data Analyst with a strong focus on web and mobile analytics, automation, and data-driven insights to support our fast-growing marketplace — cTrader Store.

This role combines analytics, technical integrations, and business understanding to drive smarter decisions across product, marketing, and finance teams.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, maintain, and analyze data from Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, and similar platforms for both web & mobile.
• Build and maintain dashboards in Google Data Studio, BigQuery, Tableau, Grafana, and other OLAP systems.
• Write complex SQL queries, work with APIs, and manage structured databases.
• Support CRM automation: integrate data flows with HubSpot, Monday.com, and other platforms.
• Develop and maintain automated reporting pipelines across financial, product, and marketing systems.
• Provide insights on unit economics, budgeting, and P&L / cash flow analysis support.
• Collaborate with teams to design and analyze A/B tests, user behavior funnels, and cohort analysis.
• Ensure data consistency and availability for key decision-making processes.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in web/mobile analytics (3+ years preferred).
• Proficiency with GA, Amplitude, Mixpanel, and other analytics tools.
• Hands-on with Google Data Studio, BigQuery, Tableau, Grafana, or similar.
• Solid skills in Python, SQL, and API integrations.
• Experience automating workflows across CRM and product tools (HubSpot, Monday, etc.).
• Good understanding of unit economics, P&L, and budgeting basics.
• Ability to design cross-platform automation between financial, product, and analytics systems.
• Experience in fintech, trading, or marketplaces is a strong plus.
• You use AI not just occasionally, but as a core part of how you think, work, and deliver results. Being AI-augmented is part of what makes you a top performer.
• English proficiency B2+/C1.
