Product Business Analyst
Spotware Systems is looking for a Product BA to support the B2B New Markets direction.
In this role, you will help validate new B2B opportunities for brokers through market research, broker discovery, launch preparation, and post-launch review.
Responsibilities
● Research competitors, positioning, commercial terms, distribution channels, and
differentiation.
● Prepare competitor comparisons, market summaries, risks, assumptions, and
decision-support materials.
● Support CustDev with current and potential brokers: prepare questions, collect
feedback, synthesize insights, and identify needs, objections, and product
implications.
● Support pricing and packaging research based on market benchmarks, competitor
models, broker expectations, and internal assumptions.
● Contribute to broker-facing pitch materials, value propositions, use cases, FAQs,
objection handling, onboarding notes, and sales enablement materials.
● Translate research and broker feedback into product and business requirements,
lightweight PRDs, user flows, onboarding flows, acceptance criteria, and analytics
requirements.
Requirements
Experience in Product Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Manager, Pre-sales,
Implementation, or a similar B2B product-facing role.
● Experience with market and competitor research.
● Experience supporting B2B customer discovery, customer interviews, feedback
collection, or client needs analysis.
● Understanding of B2B packaging, commercial models, or GTM preparation.
● Ability to prepare broker-facing or client-facing materials: pitch input, FAQs, objection
handling, onboarding notes, or sales enablement.
● Understanding of launch metrics: adoption, usage, revenue signals, customer
feedback, objections, issues, and support load.
● Excellent written and spoken English, structured thinking, attention to detail, and
clear communication.
● You use AI as part of daily work for research, synthesis, documentation, and
consistency checks.
Will be a plus
● Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, trading platforms, brokerage technology, payments,
or financial infrastructure.
● Experience with new market validation, pilot launches, commercial discovery, or GTM
preparation.
● Experience working with brokers, financial institutions, Sales, BizDev, Client Success,
or external B2B customers.
