Spotware Systems is looking for a Trader Support Specialist to join our team in Limassol. As part of the Trader Support team, you will assist clients and internal teams with inquiries related to the functionality of our cTrader platform. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.

This role requires relocation to Cyprus and on-site work from our office.
 

• Providing support and resolving client issues via email, chat, and other communication channels promptly and professionally.
• Troubleshooting technical and functional issues related to the cTrader platform, marketplace and escalate cases when necessary.
• Collaborating with internal teams, including technical and product departments, to address and resolve client concerns.
• Ensuring accurate and detailed documentation of support activities, interactions, and troubleshooting processes.
• Analyzing client feedback to identify common issues and recommend potential improvements.
• Staying updated on product developments and industry best practices to provide informed support.

• 2+ years of experience in a customer support or client-facing role, preferably in the fintech, trading, or digital goods industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
