Spotware is looking for a Demand Generation Lead to build and own a scalable B2B demand generation engine for our product portfolio.

This is a senior hands-on role for someone who can see the full revenue funnel, identify problems, propose solutions, and execute them independently. We are looking for a person who can build demand generation systems, not just run separate campaigns.

What You Will Own

  • Demand generation strategy and execution for key B2B segments: brokers, prop firms, fintech companies.
  • Full-funnel lead generation: from TAM research and audience building to nurturing, qualification and Sales handover.
  • Creation of scalable acquisition funnels for different products, markets and ICP segments.
  • Campaign planning across paid media, outbound, email, webinars, content, partner campaigns, landing pages and lead magnets.
  • Lead nurturing sequences for cold, warm and existing database segments.
  • TAM collection, segmentation, enrichment and prioritisation using tools, data sources and AI workflows.
  • AI-assisted lead research, account enrichment, personalisation and campaign operations.
  • CRM and funnel hygiene together with Marketing and Sales.
  • Continuous improvement of MQL to SQL conversion, lead quality and pipeline contribution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build demand generation funnels for Spotware products and audience segments.
  • Define target audiences, ICP segments, buyer personas and account lists for campaigns.
  • Collect, clean, segment and enrich TAM lists using tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn, HubSpot, Clay-like workflows or AI agents.
  • Create outreach and nurture sequences for different funnel stages: cold awareness, product education, reactivation, retargeting and Sales acceleration.
  • Plan and launch multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, email, outbound, webinars, content and landing pages.
  • Develop campaign messaging, angles, offers and CTAs based on audience pain points and commercial priorities.
  • Build and optimise HubSpot workflows, lists, forms, lead scoring logic and nurture flows.
  • Use AI agents, MCP servers, custom skills and automation workflows to improve research, enrichment, content production, reporting and campaign execution.
  • Analyse campaign and funnel performance to identify bottlenecks and propose clear next actions.
  • Work closely with Sales to understand lead quality, objections, lost reasons and deal progression.
  • Create feedback loops between Marketing and Sales to improve targeting, messaging and qualification.
  • Own reporting on leads, MQLs, SQLs, CPL, conversion rates, pipeline influence and campaign ROI.
  • Turn successful campaigns into repeatable playbooks and scalable processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, revenue marketing or lead generation.
  • Proven experience building full-funnel B2B acquisition systems, not only managing individual campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of ICP, TAM building, segmentation, enrichment, lead nurturing and Sales handover.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM / marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads and B2B paid acquisition.
  • Experience creating email sequences, nurture workflows and outbound campaigns.
  • Ability to write clear campaign copy for ads, emails, landing pages and outreach.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to connect marketing activity with pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Advanced practical experience using AI tools, AI agents and automation in real marketing workflows.
  • Strong ownership, problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
