We are looking for a hands-on Business Intelligence Developer to join our growing team in Cyprus. You will be working closely with business and management to design and deliver impactful Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models that drive smarter decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for different business teams.
• Develop and optimize data models, DAX calculations, and Power Query transformations.
• Integrate data from multiple sources (databases, APIs, flat files, etc.) into user-friendly reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Ensure reports follow best practices in performance, usability, and data security.
• Support the ongoing development of our BI environment and contribute to improving data processes.
   

Requirements:

• 2–3+ years’ experience as a BI Developer / Data Analyst.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (reports, DAX, Power Query, dataflows).
• Experience with Tableau or QlikView is also welcome.
• Solid understanding of relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.).
• Experience building ETL processes and integrating data from multiple sources.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Azure, Power BI administration, Elasticsearch, Amplitude, or Python (for automation, data wrangling, or advanced analytics).
