We are expanding our team and are looking for a Senior Mobile Developer (React Native). This is your chance to join early and influence a product that could scale to millions of users around the world.
Responsibilities- Take ownership of the frontend of our cross-platform mobile app both for iOS and Android using React Native (with parts made using Compose Multiplatform)
- Work in close collaboration with the Product Manager and Designer to bring the product vision to life
- Translate UX/UI designs into smooth, responsive, and pixel-perfect mobile interfaces
- Collaborate with the backend team to integrate APIs, WebSockets and real-time geolocation data
- Ensure smooth cross-platform compatibility and native feel
- Optimize app performance, animations and battery usage
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in mobile development, with at least 2 years using React Native, with Kotlin Multiplatform experience being a plus
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, or Kotlin
- Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, UX/UI principles and performance optimization
- Experience integrating REST APIs, WebSockets, and real-time data handling
- Familiarity with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX, or equivalent)
- Capable of working independently, mentoring others, and taking initiative on product and technical decisions
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with product, design, and engineering teams
- Bonus points for experience working on messenger / social media apps and integrating geo location services
- Experience in managing frontend development teams is preferred
- Upper intermediate level of English, knowledge of Russian will be an advantage
