Spotware Systems is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Billing Manager to lead our billing operations and ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in all invoicing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the preparation of statements and bills.
• Analyzing and reconciling customer accounts.
• Maintaining client records related to invoicing and bill payments.
• Drafting and distributing weekly reports of invoicing and billing metrics.
• Communicating and working closely with other departments.
• Ensuring accurate payments and meeting company’s standards.
• Responsible for the execution of the payroll payments.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or anything related.
• At least 3 years of experience in billing management.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills. 
• Fluency in English and Greek.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrencies will be a plus.
