We are looking for a UX Researcher to join the cTrader team — a professional trading application. The product is currently going through a redesign, and we need someone who helps the team make product decisions based on research and data.

• Conduct in-depth interviews with traders in English
• Plan and run UX and usability tests (moderated and unmoderated)
• Find and validate hypotheses to improve the funnel
• “installed the app → completed a successful trade”
• Participate in testing of the updated design
• Run blind UX tests with competitors
• Work with quantitative data together with product analysts
• Build and simplify research processes, introduce tools and AI
• Help the team use research in day-to-day product decisions

We are looking for someone who

• Has hands-on experience in UX research
• Can work independently and build research processes
• Understands how research impacts product decisions and conversion
• Is comfortable working with complex products and finding simplicity
• Is interested in fintech or can quickly dive into the domain
