As a Marketing Design Lead at Spotware, you will be a key member of the marketing team, responsible for shaping and evolving the company’s visual identity. You will work across a wide range of design tasks - from print materials and advertising campaigns to web design and branded merchandise. This role requires strategic thinking, strong creative vision, and the ability to execute ideas across multiple formats, while also coordinating with external contractors and collaborating closely with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce print materials (brochures, catalogs, posters, etc.)
• Create advertising and promotional assets for various platforms (banners, animations, presentations, etc.)
• Develop visual solutions for web and digital channels
• Design branded merchandise, packaging, and expo booths
• Adapt designs for different platforms, formats, and markets
• Ensure brand consistency and visual quality across all materials
• Support corporate and external events through branded visuals and merchandise
• Oversee quality control and delivery management, including supplier and contractor review and selection
• Generate creative ideas and visual concepts for marketing and HR initiatives
• Collaborate with Content, Sales, Product and Localization teams on design deliverables

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience designing digital assets for marketing campaigns
• Proven experience working in creative agencies or in-house marketing teams
• Strong online portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative work
• Hands-on experience with campaign ideation and execution, including video formats
• Demonstrated ability to lead creative projects from concept to delivery
• Solid background in digital marketing and performance-driven design
• Skilled in presenting and pitching creative concepts to senior-level clients and stakeholders 
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Working knowledge of 3D design software (e.g. Blender, Cinema 4D) for visual development
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
