Spotware Systems Ltd is looking for a Senior Technical Writer to join our growing Content & Education team. Our ideal candidate is a skilled and meticulous writer who can engage with complex software solutions, identify clear user flows and relay them to B2C and B2B clients in simple yet captivating terms.

Responsibilities:

• Creating, editing and maintaining instructional documentation, including user guides and ‘how-tos’, supplemented with UI snapshots.
• Managing documentation versions and ensuring consistency in terminology across all product documentation. 
• Crafting comprehensive and accurate release notes. 
• Writing broader B2B materials, including product-based white papers and brochures.
• Producing materials for video tutorials that showcase product features (i.e., scripts, instructions for videographers and raw footage captured from the UI).

Requirements:

• Proven experience in creating comprehensive user-centric documentation related to technology and finance.
• Proven experience in crafting B2B materials, such as white papers, case studies and brochures. 
• Excellent writing skills along with profound knowledge of English grammar and procedural style.
• Competence in working with code snippets, the ‘docs-as-code’ approach and version control systems. 
• Solid understanding of the forex and/or fintech industry.
• University degree in Journalism, Media & Communications, Computer Science, or any related field.
