We are expanding our team and are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for our users. You’ll not only resolve their questions with empathy and clarity but also be our eyes and ears, bringing structured feedback from users back to the product team.

What you’ll do
● Respond to user inquiries via in-app chat, email, and, potentially, social media channels
● Become deeply knowledgeable about the product to provide clear and helpful answers
● Spot recurring issues and proactively suggest improvements to FAQs and support flows
● Summarize user feedback, categorize it, and present structured reports to the product team
● Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to ensure the user voice is heard in
decision-making
● Help build and improve our support knowledge base as the app grows

Who we’re looking for
● 1–3 years of experience in customer support, community management, or similar user-facing
roles
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, fluent Greek is a big plus
● Empathy, patience, and a problem-solving mindset
● Strong organizational skills—you can distill hundreds of conversations into clear insights
● Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment where processes are still being shaped
