We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Lawyer to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have experience in legal practice and a passion for delivering high-quality legal services.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the legal team with all necessary matters, including drafting and reviewing agreements and legal documents.
• Providing legal support on corporate governance matters.
• Conducting research on legal issues and advising on regulatory developments.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure compliance with legal standards.
• Utilizing problem-solving and proactive approaches to legal issues.
• Demonstrating good self-management and time-management skills.

Requirements:

• LLB Degree.
• Member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
• At least 2 years of post-graduate experience in the legal field.
• Solid knowledge of Cyprus Companies' Law and Contract Law.
• Experience in Compliance, KYC process, and GDPR will be considered an advantage.
• Fluency in English and Greek.
